I am happy to hear that Maple Elementary will remain open. I remember how sad I was when my son was going to Eastlawn when they closed it down. I liked Bridgepoint but it wasn't the same as Eastlawn. I was President of the PTO at Eastlawn and we had a talent show once and I still have a tape of it. My little guy loved that school, so I am happy for the parents and students of Maple Elementary!
