I just have to express how much I love the Lord!! By following the will of God we moved here to Virginia and we have such a wonderful church and church family!! Every service brings us all closer to him and having my husband and my sons by my side only makes it more awesome!!
God has blessed me more than I deserve with a wonderful husband and awesome children not to mention my beautiful, loving grandchildren!! I was reminded once again what an amazing husband I have when I woke up to find the sweetest email love note from him!! He is everything that a husband and father should be. He treats me like his queen and is such a wonderful father and stepfather. Not to mention a loving Poppy!!! Never having a good male role model in my life has made me appreciate the God fearing husband I was blessed with.
Even when obstacles get in the way or the devil continues to try to seek and destroy, it is comforting to know that I have on the Armor of God!! I pray that each day just brings us closer to him.
What a mighty God we serve!!!
p.s. - Don't want to forget to mention my awesome Sister!! Serving the Lord with her and being there for one another has been a true answer to our prayers!!

It is so refreshing to stumble upon a blog by accident and read where someone loves the Lord!! A new reader and excited one!!!
Yes, it's so wonderful to go to church and worship with brothers and sisters in the Lord of like prescious faith! It doesn't mean that every person that goes to church is a Christian, but if you are a Christian you will obey God's Word of not forsaking to assemble yourselves together, and go to church. I love going to church. Fellowshipping with and encouraging my brothers and sisters, and most importantly to praise and worship God. I love to hear the Word of God preached through the Pastor and other ministers and feel the Presence of the Holy Spirit there with us!!!
I agree, and we all need to be more thoughtful that we fellowship outside of church too. I don't want to start the clicks, we don't need that in our church, there is enough of that out there in other message churches. I want our church family to be different, but everyone has to do their part. I want to set good examples by making an effort to let all my brothers and sisters know that they are important.
